Mom, do you take all the family photos so you lack any of them that include you? Do you find it stressful to plan a portrait session- not knowing what to wear, what to bring, what location to pick, etc...? Do you lack family heirlooms on your wall or in your home or are yours super outdated?
Stress no more, because I photograph playful families interacting with one another so we can capture natural and fun moments that last a lifetime.
I take the stress away by providing you with a "Family Guide" PDF that helps answer all your questions. I also provide you with other resources, giving you ideas for: makeup and hair, how to coordinate outfits, outfit ideas and more. And if any other help is needed, I am just a text or phone call away.
During your session, it's important to me that you are having fun and focusing on your loved ones, this way I can capture natural, playful moments. I am trying to get away from posed images and put the focus on the unposed by giving you prompts, this gives us more natural looking images and tends to bring out everyone's personalities. As you can see with the images below, the children just being themselves added more emotion to the images. Oh...and laughter is a must!!!
With everything being digital today, I can't stress how important it is to order products to hang on your wall or place on your coffee tables. If your computer was to crash today, I bet that you would lose some very important memories. With the world we live in today, it's so easy to pay for those digitals, download them and forget about them. That's why I now offer my clients products! Canvases and albums make a great family heirloom to add to your home. And of course, I still include all your digitals as well!
I can personally speak on this subject, because I truly regret not having any family heirlooms of my father. I lost my father years ago to cancer and not having memories of him and I or my kids to cherish hanging on my wall breaks my heart! There's nothing more important than family and it's so important to have the memories to cherish and pass down generations to come.
